Advantages:

Мне ооочень понравился как сам город, так и жилье. Хозяйка очень милая и дружелюбная. Иногда гуляют чистые, толстые котики. Очень удобное расположение. (10-15 мин до вокзала, 5-7 мин до таверны Гюмри (там есть было выгоднее, чем ходить в магазин), 7-10 мин до рынка). Главный плюс тут есть настоящая горячая вода. Не бойлер, а прям настоящая
