Advantages:

Квартира находится в самом центре, при этом в ней тихо, т.к. окна выходят во двор, чисто, уютно, все необходимое есть, включая кондей, который очень выручал в жару. Хозяин очень доброжелательный, всегда на связи, а по приезду даже провел небольшую экскурсию во время прогулки до ближайшего обменника )) В шаговой доступности от квартиры - куча кафешек и магазинов, в общем всем рекомендую!
