Advantages:

Самое близкое расположение к теннисной спорт базе. До центра 7-10 мин пешком. Уютная студия. Была даже турка, меня как кофемана это покорило) единственное мы были зимой, для нас был холодный пол берите тапочки. Спасибо хозяину, Сергею, за гостеприимство, за то что был всегда на связи, готов во всем помочь! Мы рады, что выбрали эти аппарты. Как оказалось позже, те кто был здесь не первый раз, сразу уже селились сюда
