Дом со своим двором. Сдается второй этаж из 2 комнат и гостиной кухни, балкон. Собственный отдельный вход.

Многие мелочи создают удобство и комфорт: я нашёл всю нужную мне посуду, в том числе миску для салата и кувшин для воды. Есть свет над мойкой! Дверь в ванну герметичная: влага после душа не попадает в комнату и ванну можно проверить с помощью форточки, не снижая температуру в доме - гениальное решение! И есть шлёпанцы для душа - очень удобно! Холодная вода вкусная, горячая вода действительно горячая. Напор сильный. Качество укладки плитки, дверей, окон, сантехники - идеальное! Хорошо отдохнул, хорошо выспался! Хозяева: внимательные, радушные и тактичные люди!
