Advantages:

Очень трудно было найти квартиру в разгар сезона, и, к счастью, попалось это предложение. Забронировали ее на 3 недели. Очень чистая квартира, высокие потолки, есть все удобства - мощный кондиционер, смарт ТВ с выходом в интернет во всех комнатах, кабельное телевидение с российскими каналами, 2 двуспальные кровати + 2 дивана-раскладушки, 2 ванные комнаты. Что касаемо расположения, то квартира находится прямо в центре Еревана, до площади Республики 5 мин. пешком. Напротив дома - круглосуточный супермаркет. В общем, даже при желании, найти недостатки очень сложно, потому что все было просто идеально. Рекомендую!
