Advantages:

Хороший вариант за свою цену. Рекомендую!

Disadvantages:

Если сильно докапываться, то не самый удобный матрас, дверь в душевой отходит и вода попадает на пол. Но это не критично, ибо видно, что квартира пользуется спросом и это просто естественный износ. Есть ещё прожженное пятно от сигареты на диване, но на качество проживания это никак не повлияло) агентство в курсе всех этих моментов, надеюсь устранят.
