Апартаменты очень удачно расположены, рядом с площадью Республики, каждый вечер ходили любоваться музыкальным фонтаном. Просторная гостинная, две большие спальни. 10й этаж; в доме 2 лифта, с балкона чудесный вид на Арарат. Очень понравилось.
