Большая и просторная квартира для большой компании. Очень удобно, что есть 2 санузла. хорошее расположение в центре города.

Advantages:

Очень хорошее расположение, все близко, рядом метро, для 6 человек очень комфортно, есть почти все, особенно удобно 2 туалета и 2 душа

Disadvantages:

Были в начале марта, довольно прохладно, приходилось воевать с горячей водой. Дом находится рядом с метро, довольно шумно, но это не портит жизнь и впечатление.

Advantages:

Отличная просторная квартира с 3 спальнями и огромной кухней-гостиной в самом центре еревана. Белое хлопковое постельное, белые полотенца, одноразовые тапочки и зубные щетки. Превзошла наши ожидания.

Disadvantages:

Можно добавить тряпочки и губки для кухни, пришлось искать магазин и покупать.
