In this stylish and still uninhabited apartment, you can enjoy your vacation in the city center, but away from the noise, or just take a walk in the nearby park after a hard day's work.
There is a supermarket, a pharmacy right next to the building. Easy you can find a bus station. If you want to be in the heart of the city, don't worry, walk for 8-15 min.
Please note that a new apartment building is being constructed about 100 meters from our building, and they work from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Advantages:

близко к центру, буквально 15 минут. Внутри было очень чисто и уютно, все необходимое (даже утюжок для волос). Хозяйка очень отзывчивая и вежливая, отвечает на все вопросы. большое спасибо за проведенную с комфортом неделю в Ереване
