Advantages:

Большая, комфортная квартира с хорошим местоположением в центре и двумя балкончиками. Очень приятный хозяин в общении - постоянно нам помогал и периодически приносил отсутствующие вещи по необходимости. Заселение очень удобное, т.к хозяин живёт неподалеку, так что все достаточно гибко по времени. За возможность позднего выезда отдельное спасибо.

Disadvantages:

Видимо, до нас в жилье гостей не было какое-то время, а квартира оставалась с открытыми окнами и дверями на балкон, поэтому при заезде пол и кресла у окон были достаточно пыльными. В квартире есть швабра ;)
