Advantages:

квартира с хорошим месторасположением, пешком в любую сторону, ты прям в центре. гостиная обивка немного подустала, полы грязные( носки у детей были чёрные через 10 минут) остальное только плюсы. стиралка есть, сушилка, посуда, горячая вода, кухня, бельё чистое.

Advantages:

Хорошая локация, было чисто при заселении, все свежее. Есть стиральная машина, кондиционер. Стол раскладывается и достаточно посуды на большую компанию, укомплектованная кухня. 2 санузла, 2 спальни. Большой балкон. Просторный лифт в доме. Хорошая коммуникация с хозяином

Advantages:

Месторасположение идеальное Рядом куча ресторанов и кафе, обменника и различных магазинов.

Disadvantages:

Был очень грязный пол, светлые носки буквально за минуту становились черными.
