Advantages:

Самый центр, в квартире тихо, есть все необходимое.

Disadvantages:

В карточке был указан диван-кровать, однако он оказался не раскладным, ребёнок 160 см едва поместился. За столом только 2 стула, соответственно третьему члену семьи пришлось сидеть на тумбе. Плита маленькая, ручка оплавлена, 2 кастрюли не помещаются, готовить на ней неудобно. В остальном все нормально.
