Disadvantages:

Проживание не состоялось. В день заселения сказали что квартира не доступна, причину объяснить не смогли. Предложили другой вариант. На картинке вроде сносно, но при заселении обнаружили отсутствие света в одной из комнат, сказать что было чисто тоже не могу. Грязный пол и грязный санузел, ощущение что тебя просто хотели развести на деньги, так как ты приезжий. Пришлось срочно а день приезда искать новое жилье, единственный плюс что арендодатель пошел на встречу и вернул часть денег и мы быстро нашли другой вариант, естественно ещё и переплатили
