Advantages:

Расположение квартиры было удобным. В 10 мин езды от центра. Близко остановка, продуктовые магазины и аптека. Красивый вид из окна на Арарат

Disadvantages:

Несмотря на то, что перед заселением уборщица "наводила чистоту", той самой чистоты не увидела. Заляпанные зеркала, грязные полы, сантехнические приборы и копна чужих волос в ванной комнате. Кухонный инвентарь отсутствовал за исключением нескольких тарелок, чашек и вилок, которые тоже были грязными. Моющих средств не было, губок для мытья посуды, тряпки для пола и кухонных полотенец тоже. Огромное количество мотыльков
