Advantages:

Хорошее расположение, фото соответствует

Disadvantages:

Необходим уже кое-где косметический ремонт, плохое освещение в ванне, стиралка не работает на отжим, не было кухонных тряпочек и полотенец, что бы элементарно вытирать со стола, пришлось покупать самим, не хватает зеркала в стиралке

Хорошее расположение, уютно, хороший хозяин.

Disadvantages:

Проблема в ванной (вода из душа льется в основной туалет), но это не критично.
