Advantages:

Квартира чистая, свежая, современная - в новостройке хорошего уровня. Верхний этаж - шикарный вид из окна на Ереван и Арарат. Хозяйка абсолютно адекватная, конструктивная - быстро реагировала на все запросы. Хорошее местоположение - рядом много ресторанов, магазинов, в самом доме супермаркет 24 часа. До центра примерно 10-15 мин на машине. В общем рекомендую.
