Advantages:

- Отличная территория: красивый парк, рядом есть аквапарк. - Чисто, тепло (что зимой важно), ген. уборка раз в 3 дня, по запросу - хоть каждый день. - Вкусные завтраки. - Все проблемы оперативно решаются администрацией. - Достаточно близко к городу, а атмосфера как за городом.
